- Solid knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrics and bodywork
- German at least at a level where you can make yourself understood
- Driving licence class BE
- Your own car
- Living within roughly 100 km of Waidhofen
- Precise work, willingness to explain things and an appetite to learn
