What we need from you
- A power of attorney allowing us to register the vehicle on your behalf
- The funds for the vehicle tax payable on your behalf at registration
- Two forms to complete and sign. We send them to you as soon as the date is fixed
COLLECTION
If you collect the car yourself
When you pick the car up in person, we prepare it for export. So that this is finished on collection day rather than starting then, we need a few documents from you in advance.
Collection and the journey home
What to bring on the day
- Passport or identity card, the original
- Driving licence, if you are driving yourself
- The signed forms, if you have not sent them in advance
What you receive from us
The purchase contract and invoice, the registration documents, the export plates together with proof of insurance, and everything that belongs to the car: service book, second key and any records that exist.
