The auction documents report previous damage of approximately €9,474.49 net. The cause and individual repair measures are not documented.
The TÜV SÜD report dated 3 June 2026 (inspection on 2 June 2026) records these findings and recommendations at that time:
1. Right entrance light: dents; replacement recommended.
2. Luggage compartment cover/roller blind: scratches.
3. Entrance area of the left side panel: dent and paint damage; smart repair recommended.
4. Tow bar: would not deploy, non-functional; diagnosis recommended.
5. Interior: dirty; cleaning recommended.
6. Rear bumper spoiler: scratches.
7. Roadworthiness inspection: due. New HU/AU inspection planned before handover.
8. Rear bumper: scratched/scuffed; repainting recommended.
9. Left wing: scratched/scuffed; repair and repainting recommended.
Further wear: scratches on the front right door edge, rear right door and left side panel.

BMW 520d Touring with a 2.0-litre diesel-hybrid powertrain, 140 kW (190 PS), eight-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive. First registered on 26 February 2021, odometer reading 148,997 km (L.T.), 2 registered keepers according to the registration document (L.B.), black. WLTP figures according to the COC: 5.2 l/100 km and 136 g CO₂/km.

Equipment includes ACC with Stop & Go, Business navigation, a reversing camera, front and rear parking sensors, parking assistant, LED headlights, four-zone automatic climate control, partly electrically adjustable front seats and heated front seats. Also included: lane change warning, electrically adjustable and heated mirrors, automatic tailgate operation, alarm, through-loading facility and driving mode selector.

The auction documents report previous damage totalling approximately €9,474.49 net. The supplied documents do not provide the cause, individual repair measures or repair records. The TÜV SÜD report records several repainted panels and local dents and scratches. The June 2026 report records historical defects, including a tow bar that would not deploy, a dirty interior and damage to the left entrance area. STATUTORY GUARANTEE

Your rights when you buy

A statutory guarantee of two years from handover applies to all goods. It costs you nothing: if the vehicle has a defect that was already present at handover, you are entitled to repair or replacement and, should that fail, to a price reduction or to withdraw from the contract.

For used vehicles this period may be shortened to one year from handover, and with our own used cars we regularly do so. The shortening is valid only if we tell you expressly before the contract is concluded and you agree to it separately; it therefore stands as a clause of its own in the contract and is signed separately there. Without that agreement, two years remain.

If a defect appears within one year of handover, it is presumed to have been present at handover. During that period the burden of proof is not on you.

A commercial guarantee is something else: it is voluntary, it comes on top and it does not limit these rights.
