Tesla Model 3 as a new car to order: we buy the vehicle for you from Tesla in Germany and hand it over ready for export. You choose colour, wheels and interior. The photo shows an example vehicle.

Our prices including sourcing and handling, as of September 2026:

Model 3 Premium Long Range AWD (Dual Motor, 324 kW / 440 hp): 47,332 € net, 56,325 € gross incl. 19% VAT.

Model 3 Performance AWD (338 kW / 460 hp): 54,475 € net, 64,825 € gross incl. 19% VAT.

Model 3 Standard rear-wheel drive (36,408 € net, 43,325 € gross) and Premium Long Range RWD (43,130 € net, 51,325 € gross) are also available on request.

Prices are based on Tesla Germany list prices including the order fee. If Tesla changes its prices, we adjust the offer; the price becomes binding when the order is placed. Delivery time depends on configuration and availability at Tesla.

We provide export documents, prepare customs numbers, collect you from the airport on request and advise on customs clearance in other countries.

The equipment listed is the standard specification of each version. Options such as paint, wheels or Enhanced Autopilot are added at Tesla's price. All vehicle data is recorded bindingly in the order.

STATUTORY GUARANTEE

Your rights when you buy

A statutory guarantee of two years from handover applies to all goods. It costs you nothing: if the vehicle has a defect that was already present at handover, you are entitled to repair or replacement and, should that fail, to a price reduction or to withdraw from the contract.

For used vehicles this period may be shortened to one year from handover, and with our own used cars we regularly do so. The shortening is valid only if we tell you expressly before the contract is concluded and you agree to it separately; it therefore stands as a clause of its own in the contract and is signed separately there. Without that agreement, two years remain.

If a defect appears within one year of handover, it is presumed to have been present at handover. During that period the burden of proof is not on you.

A commercial guarantee is something else: it is voluntary, it comes on top and it does not limit these rights.
